The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, ample private parking at the main entrance and a garden with barbecue. In the lower ground floor is a 130 m² large recreation room (with games and training equipment, washing machine and dryer). The apartment has a loggia with sea views. Below the terrace is the 30 m² large and 1, 50 m deep community pool with overflow, outdoor shower and enough pool chairs. The pool is heated to 26 degrees. Professional filters ensure the best water quality. The apartment has 6 bikes (mountain bikes) and 2 kayaks for 2 people plus 1 child (all included in the price).

de roca The apartment is located on the island of Brac, in the quiet Osibova Bay, and is only 30 meters from a small pebble beach. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, tranquility and crystal clear water. In the bay are predominantly rocky beaches and some smaller pebble beaches. The village of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, gas station, etc. is 2 km away.
Después de una larga búsqueda en el Internet me di cuenta de este maravilloso apartamento. Yo me llevó algún tiempo hasta que me di cuenta de lo que había en la descripción. Todo lo que necesitas y muchos extras que no encuentran en otros lugares. Comportamiento de los precios es simplemente insuperable. Estuvimos 14 días a partir de 07.07.2012 a 21.07.2012 aquí de vacaciones y realmente no quiero ir a casa. Fotos y detalles son absolutamente correctas. El mar es un cristal claro, la piscina no tenía olor a cloro que también es difícil de encontrar. Las características de la casa son perfectos y la limpieza es de primera clase. La pequeña ciudad de Milna bien vale la pena una visita debido a sus numerosos restaurantes, pequeños vasos, etc, sobre todo en los fines de semana. Acerca de la familia propietaria: no sólo se habla perfecto alemán, pero que siempre están allí cuando usted los necesita, muy cariñosos hijos (el mismo dueño tiene dos hijos) y por supuesto la mejor abuela y el abuelo una pueda imaginar. Puedo confirmar por experiencia personal. Además, hemos decidido volver a la salida.
