Apartments Lucija (A4 & A2 2) and Lucija Novum (A4 2) are situated in a small town Novigrad in two houses. Apartments Lucija feature heated swimming pool and a furnished terrace, offering an amazing view of the sea bay, the mountain Velebit and the whole town of Novigrad. Free-to-use barbecue facility is provided as well as a covered terrace where al fresco dining with astonishing view can be enjoyed. Lucija Novum is situated in the downtown and features spacious terrace perfect for resting and al fresco dining. All air-conditioned interiors feature a balcony with a sea view, a living room with TV (paid services e. g. Netflix), free Wi-Fi throughout the property and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Within the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer. The beach is 1km from Lucija and 400m from Lucija Novum. The city of Zadar is 32 km away, while at a distance of 30km to 120km are four national parks.

This little town with its old stone houses and ancient fortress Fortica is an ideal vacation place or a starting point in discovering natural beauties of Dalmatia. The river Zrmanja floats into Novigrad sea and guests can explore its hidden beauty in two ways: paddling in a kayak on its upper float, or by boat tours during the day or in the evening on its lower float. There is also a 30km long marked cycling trail starting in Novigrad. Guests are offered help in organizing excursions to national parks and nature parks, as well as to nearby towns and islands.
